1. BASIC DETAILS
- MyDime Systems Private Limited (“Company,” “MyDime,” “We,” “Us,” “Our”) provides the UpMarket Digital Marketing Ecosystem (UpMarket), which consists of the Management Console, Business Website and UpMarket Mobile App services ( henceforth known collectively as “Services”). The UpMarket system is available on www.getupmarket.com, henceforth referred to as the “Website.”
- For the purpose of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy, wherever the context so requires "You" or "User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a Registered User on the Website by providing Registration Details. MyDime Systems Private Limited does not allow the User to surf the Website without registering on the Website.
- This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use and store your information. As and when technology and privacy laws change, this policy may be updated, so please do check back periodically. Continued use of the MyDime System’s Private Limited Website after these changes are posted, implies that you are in agreement with the revised policy.
- By signing up for any of the products or services offered by MyDime Systems Private Limited (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy and, as applicable, the Terms of Use. This policy is a legally binding agreement between You (and your client, employer or another entity if you are acting on their behalf) as the user of the Services (hereafter referred to as “You” or “Your”) and MyDime Systems Private Limited, and including but not limited to its affiliates (hereafter referred to as “We”, “Our”, “Us,” or “MyDime”). Any features or tools added to our Services are automatically also subject to this policy.
- The term “Personal Information” in this policy, means any information related to an identifiable individual, including but not limited to the name, title, business address, or telephone number of an individual, or employee of an organization. We will keep your Personal Information accurate, complete and up-to-date with the information that you provide to us. If you request access to your Personal Information, we will inform you of the existence, use and disclosure of your Personal Information as allowed by law, and provide you access to that information.
- From time to time, You shall be responsible for providing information relating to Yourself, as per government regulations, including but not limited to KYC documents, as required by banks and Payment Vendors. In this connection, You undertake that all such information shall be accurate in all respects.
2. INFORMATION FROM REGISTERED SELLERS
- As a Registered Seller, you agree to post a privacy policy on your storefront or website which is in compliance with the laws applicable to your business.
- You also agree to obtain consent from your customers for the use and access of their Personal Information by MyDime Systems Private Limited and other third parties.
- We collect details from You, including but not limited to Your name, company name, address, email address, and phone number(s), to be able to provide you with our Services, including but not limited to being able to confirm your identity, contact you, and invoice you.
- We also collect data about how and when you access your account, including information about the device and browser you use, your network connection and your IP address.
- Upon completing the sign-up process for the Services and depending on your location, we may create a MyDime Systems Account on your behalf, at our sole discretion. We need the information gathered during the sign-up process, to provide you with our Services, including fraud and risk monitoring, and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- We collect Personal Information about your customers that you share with us or that customers provide while shopping or during checkout. This information is used to provide you with our Services, to enable you to process orders and better engage with and serve your customers.
- We will also use Personal Information in other cases where you have given us your express permission. We collect Personal Information when you sign up for our Services, when you access our Services or otherwise provide us with the information.
Information from our Registered Seller’s customers:
- We collect information from our Registered Seller’s customers, including but not limited to the customer’s name, email, shipping and billing address, payment details, phone number, IP address and device data. We need this information to improve our Services, and also to provide you with our Services, including supporting and processing orders, authentication, and processing payments.
- Information is collected when a Registered Seller’s customer uses or accesses our Services, such as when a customer visits a Registered Seller’s site, or uses the Mobile App, to place an order.
3. INFORMATION FROM PARTNERS
- Partners are individuals or businesses that have agreed to the terms of the Partner Agreement, to work with MyDime Systems Private Limited, to promote the Services by (a) referring clients to MyDime; (b) providing third party services including but not limited to Payment Gateways or Shipping Gateways, for use by the Registered Seller; or (c) developing apps for use by Registered Sellers.
- We collect information including but not limited to your name, company name, website, Twitter or other social media handles, phone number(s), address, business type, business address, and email address. We use this information to work with you, confirm your identity, and contact you.
- We collect data about the MyDime hosted web-pages that you visit and how and when you access your account, including information about the device and browser you use, your network connection and your IP address, in order to give you access to, and improve our Services.
- We collect Personal Information about your customers that you share with us or that they provide to us directly. We use this information to work with you and to provide our Services to your customers.
- We will also use Personal Information in other cases where you have given us express permission. We collect this information when you sign up for a Partner Account, when you sign up one of your customers for our Services, or when your customers sign up themselves. We also collect any additional information that you might provide to us.
4. INFORMATION FROM WEBSITE AND SUPPORT USERS
- From Registered Sellers, we collect information about the device and browser you use, your network connection and your IP address. We may also receive Personal Information.
- From telephone support users, we collect your phone number and call audio.
- From chat support users, we collect your name, email address, information about the device and browser you use, your network connection and your IP address.
- From forum users, we collect your name, email address and website URL.
- We use all of this information to service your account, enhance our Services, and answer any questions you may have. We collect this information when you visit MyDime-hosted webpages or engage with us either by email, web form, instant message, phone, or post content on our website (including forums & blogs). We also collect any additional information that you might provide to us.
5. INFORMATION FROM COOKIES
- We use cookies to recognize your device and provide you with a personalized experience (A cookie is a small amount of data, which may include a unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device.)
